This spring (March 29 - April 1, 2019), we'll be making important system upgrades to better serve you and improve your overall membership experience. Please refer below to stay in-the-know about how your account access and capabilities will change during this time:

Q: WHEN ARE THE DOWNTIMES?

A: The upgrade will take place after close of business on Friday - March 29, 2019. Members will not be able to access Online Banking, Bill Pay, Phone Banking and Shared Branching beginning at 2:00pm on Friday - March 29, 2019 and continuing until approximately 7:00am on Monday - April 1, 2019.

The upgraded version of Online Banking will be available when the branches reopen during normal business hours on Monday - April 1, 2019. Debit Cards will be put in stand-in mode at approximately 2:00pm on Friday - March 29, 2019. This will result in lower limits for members making purchases and withdrawing from ATMs. Debit cards will resume standard limits on Monday - April 1, 2019 at approximately 7:00am. Credit Cards will not be affected by limit reductions.

Shared Branching will not be available for members after 2:00pm on Friday - March 29, 2019. Availability will resume on Monday - April 1, 2019.

Q: WILL THE BRANCHES BE CLOSED?

A: Yes - All branches of the credit union will close on Friday - March 29, 2019 at 2:00pm to begin the transition.

All branches will resume regular business hours Monday - April 1, 2019, with the exception of the Kettering Hospital branch, which will open at 8:00am.

Q: WILL MEMBERS NEED TO RE-ENROLL IN ANY EXISTING SERVICES?

A: Yes. Members will need to re-enroll in Online Banking, which will automatically enroll them to receive e-statements in the new system.

Bill Pay will continue to work with single sign-on, therefore a new username and password will not need to be set-up again for this.

Q: WHAT WILL BE NEW FOR MEMBERS?

  1. A: New and Improved Online Banking Platform
  2. Mobile Banking App for Apple & Android
  3. Text Banking
  4. Remote Deposit Capture
  5. Electronic Digital Signature
  6. Website

Q: WHAT WILL REMAIN THE SAME FOR MEMBERS?

  1. A: Account number
  2. Checks
  3. Debit cards and PINS
  4. Credit cards
  5. Bill Pay
  6. Direct deposit/Pension/Social Security
  7. Established automatic account withdrawals

Q: IS THERE ANYTHING MEMBERS NEED TO DO ON THE OLD SYSTEM BEFORE THE UPGRADE?

A: Because e-statement history will not transfer over, it is recommended that members save their statement history as a PDF on their secured home computers.

To prepare for debit card stand-in limits, members should plan to withdraw any cash needed on or before 2:00pm, Friday - March 29, 2019. They should plan to have additional payment options like credit cards and checks available for their purchase needs.

Q: WHAT DO MEMBERS NEED TO DO AFTER THE UPGRADE?

A: Members will need to re-enroll in Online Banking. If they have bookmarked the prior KH Network CU Online Banking URL in their web browser, they will need to access the new Online Banking system at www.khnetworkcu.com and bookmark the new URL.

If members wish to access the new KH Network CU mobile app, they can search for "KH Network Credit Union" in the App Store or Google Play.

While the credit union will be open until 2:00pm on Friday - March 29, 2019, we encourage you look ahead and plan accordingly for what you will need over the weekend. It may be necessary to have additional payment options like credit cards and checks available for your purchase needs.

Please contact a member of our staff at (937) 558-9070 with any questions you have regarding this transition - as always, we're happy to help!
