Many employees of the network are experiencing difficult times due to the economic impact of COVID-19.

If you and your family suddenly find yourselves in a situation where there seems to be no easy answer, we urge you to contact us. There is no 'one size fits all' solution, so let's get started by creating a plan that will let you get back to focusing on what's important... your family.

ATTENTION MEMBERS

After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members and employees, we have made the decision that our KH Network Credit Union hospital branches will be temporarily unavailable at this time.

Our Paragon Road/Main Office will continue to operate utilizing both of the Drive-Thru lanes from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM starting Monday, March 23, 2020. The lobby is temporarily unavailable. Loan closings will continue at our Paragon Road/Main Office by appointment only.

While we recognize that limiting in-person lobby services may be an inconvenience, please be assured that we offer many 24/7 account access options for you, including the Mobile App, Online Banking, and ATMs.

Deposits can still be dropped off in the Night Deposit Slot at the Paragon Road drive-thru. PLEASE do not slide deposits under the door at any of our branch offices.

Although this was not an easy decision, we felt it was the right decision to safeguard the health and well-being of our members and employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission of ‘Taking Care of Our Own.’

If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, please visit our website to enroll at www.khnetworkcu.com.

Our current plan is to keep our Paragon Road / Main Office Drive-Thru open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate to you as needed. Thank you for your patience during this time. If you have further questions, please contact us at (937) 558-9070.

Dear KH Network Credit Union Member,

After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members and employees, we have made the decision to limit the number of members in our KH Network Credit Union branches at one time.

Although this was not an easy decision, we felt it was the right decision to safeguard the health and well-being of our members and employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission of ‘Taking Care of Our Own.’

The limits for each branch appear below:

  • Fort Hamilton Hospital branch: 1 Member at a time

  • Grandview Medical Center branch: 1 Member at a time

  • Kettering Medical Center branch: 2 Members at a time

  • Sycamore Medical Center branch: 1 Member at a time

  • Paragon Road/Main Office: Lobby Closed – Both Drive-Thru Lanes are Open

Please - Follow any instructions from our Member Service Representatives as you wait for your turn outside the branch lobby.

Loan Closings – Loan closings continue at all of our locations by appointment only.
